Eating habit: Give well cooked food to kids. It helps them to fight the infections & have a healthy body. I usually prefer to give boiled water to my kids during rainy season
Personal hygiene: Encourage kids to wash their hands frequently. You can also provide them with hand sanitiser. Alway use Quick dry during rainy season. Wet clothes can cause skin rash & fungal infections.
Know your surrounding: Keeping the surrounding dry is important. A house can make your child sick ways you might not be aware of. Use of Kids safe mosquito repellent. Mums can use mosquito nets & canopies too.
