cows milk is not advisable till one year as it is hard to digest..

Hi. Cows milk is avoidable until the baby is a year old. Please do not give the baby as there are a lot of components that are harmful for a baby this age. The ideal food is Breast milk and formula is cows mills that has been altered to add nutrients and resemble breast milk the most. So please continue with fm for a year
