Hey Doc, few days back baby had some health issue her poop was yellow but tiny reddish brown dots were there and doc asked us for some test stool test for RE and ME and occult blood in stool test.  Here the report please check Mam. We r giving our baby kidrich D3 from starting and recently we started Tonoferron drops of iron is this okay mam.  I was thinking because if this iron reddish brown dots was there in her poop please suggest.
