Hey everyone :) Good morning..
Am 30weeks n 5days today.
While getting up from sleep in the morning I feel something is tight between my back thigh n calf. Tightening of muscles.. Taking some time to slowly turn and get down from bed.  If stretch a little calf muscles is pricking in legs.

As always I sleep in left but without my knowledge turning straight :( :( :(

I think my baby is hitting me right up corner below chest area bone.. So whenever I sit or lydown sometimes I feel something is hitting me. Does that mean baby is upper part??

I try to avoid as much as I can :( without my knowledge only am turning straight.

Please avoid sleeping straight. For relief you can sleep on right side. Left side is preferred. While moving, turning slowly do. No sudden jerks. Please walk once in a day. Muscle catch, spasms are all common. You can check with your gyno regarding relief.
