Hey everyone, I have a 20 days old baby..since yesterday his tummy is making noise while taking feed followed by a potty session.... he is also demanding more feed after such things...but taking milk in very small quantities..could anyone please suggest
baby could be developing gas. ensure that you burp him well after feeding. potty is not a problem. feed as much as baby demands. if pee count is more than 6-7 then its fine

the digestive system is developing as of now and u will hear not just rumbling noise, but all kinds of burps, and poos and farts. it takes abt 3-4 months for them to settle down.
