hey everyone..had a c section 45 days back. I want to know when is the best time to start exercising?;

hi vidhi, immediately after c-section, you can start walking, as you get stronger you can increase time of walking... but no strenuous things or heavy weights(weights heavier than your baby) till six months.. any other forms of exercises also after 6 months would be better, as it takes time to heal inside...
