Hey guys! It’s been a month since I had my baby through c-section. My stitches are healing fine I guess but I feel very weak. My whole back and shoulders hurt. I can’t sit for long. Whenever I feed I feel tired very quickly. I am taking normal diet (ghr ka bna khana). Please guide me what all can I eat now to gain some strength back.

Drink plenty of water, juices, soups , include millets like ragi, jowar etc. You will feel better.
