hey mine 9th month started. my diet is as under:- 8 am - 1 paratha tea or tea biscuit

10 am - corn flex/ museli with milk

11 am - an apple

1-2 pm- rice daal sabji

3-5 pm - lassi/ bnana shake/ mango shake

7 pm- tea

10 pm- roti sabji

11 pm - milk

is it balanced diet ? or any change required?

Yes add some proteins, dry fruits.. Incase non veg u can have thn add that <u>too</u>
