Hey Mommies! Didn't get time today morning so posting now :D So breakfast today was nutritious and super yum. I made a double egg omelette with a generous dose of coriander and onions. I teamed this up with lightly roasted tomatoes sprinkled with coriander, salt and mixed herbs. For dessert I made this really delicious fruit bowl - 1 mango, 1 chikoo, a dash of raisins, 2 apricots and some watermelon seeds.

Although I am a vegetarian I make it a point to include a couple of eggs in my daily diet. One of the best sources of protein and a wholesome food.
I can't stress enough on how important it is to take care of yourself to take care of your family. As women I feel we tend to sideline ourselves when we have to run after a baby.  Eating well is the most essential good you can do yourself. :-)
