It depends on time duration and work. Here in Bangalore from morning 8 to evening 6... they are charging 8-12 k. They will have tiffin, lunch and snack at your place and 2 time tea/coffee. Some help will provide in house hold works. Every year there will be hike of 1k. ( This is what I heard and some have hired.)
