Hi dear, 1. Slightly roast red poha and grind it. Stored it in the air tight stainless steel container. Do mix this powder, salt with water and offer instantly. 2. Orange, banana, Avacado, grapes, strawberries, black dates, raisins, potato fry, coconut water fresh, homemade cookies will help for snacks time. 3. Formula feed, oat meal, boiled egg will help. Try this before your travel and make sure baby likes it.

Paratha, fruits, idly will stay fresh, murmura, roasted makkana. If you are breastfeeding then do it frequently.

Hi dear.... essentials to carry while traveling with a baby...extra diapers, one hand towel, one towel, few tissues, news papers, a cotton blanket, hand sanitizer. <br> Food essentials - min two bottles of water, some crackers, a pack of Marie biscuits, banana like already mentioned by Kavita Sahany. Oranges will do a great deal for an afternoon....quick instant oats u can borrow boiling water from the pantry...u can also carry some whole wheat bread....wheat flakes also work good...I always pack all these in small use and throw pouches ...they are pretty much handy and work a great deal...fruits apart from banana and oranges, u can carry an apple or two...
