Hey, my baby is not yet gone in the pelvic cavity...could you tell me how do I bring the baby's head down to the pelvic cavity so that he or she is ready for the delivery time.. I am in 38th week.. I want a normal delivery.. so quite worried if the baby's head is little above that..

Pregnancy exercises are helpful throughout pregnancy. you should do squats and duckwalks under supervision. they will be helpful.

babies head can engage at any time even after labor starts. wait upto 42 weeks, baby releases a hormone when development is complete and labor will start.
