But have never seen it in real and to be frank nobody uses it in the family

Hi... Yes chia seeds are very good for health. It has many benefits. It's just that better when used as soaked. Half tea spoon in a glass of water is enough. You can find it online.

Hi Aaisha not sure if it will aid in weight loss but yes it is good for the health. You can simply soak it and add in pudding, lemon juice etc. Its like basil seeds(Sabja). You can try online also , big baset and Amazon has.
