hey walk for 30min consunant I hv to do or after lunch dinner 15 min is it k? my dr suggest me to walk 30 min atleast bt I m nt doin I cnt walk more thn 15-20 min my legs pain.n wt helps walking?

It is best not to exercise or walk immediately post dinner or lunch. We would suggest a brisk walk so eat a light snack and then walk. You can take a break in between.

walk for 10 min and take rest for 2-3 min then again walk
