Loosing weight after delivery is a slow process. As ur baby is just 6 month old for now concentrate about baby. U need to take balanced diet 15000 calorie per day to meet baby s nutrition. Once baby completed 6 u can go for 40 min briskwalk and yoga or workout which is comfortable for u. <br> Tc
