it's not the outside food but the amount of food that we eat that becomes the culprit. What you could do is carry 2 to 3 smalls dabbas with you for the in between snacks. These can have dry fruits, threptin biscuits, sprouts, any fruit of your choice.( none of these take any preparation except the soaking of the sprouts) So that every 2 to 3 hours you will be able to munch something at your desk. That way you will able to control the portion sizes of your bigger meals.

Hi. Work on reducing overall body weight. When the body tones throughout, you will notice change in your abdominal area. Look at your food intake first. Reducing portion sizes by one third helps. Keep a weight log. Helps in habit forming and motivation. Aim to workout 5 days a week. Include strength training through light weights. You will find enough material in youtube. Alternate between uper body, lower body. Fitness Blender has some amazing workouts. Having 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones will help you keep hunger pangs at bay. Tc:-)
