hi aditi mam, I had normal delivery before 22 days . my tummy is still look like I m pregnant. when should I start exercise and what tipe of exercise and work out should I do? please guide me nd thax in advance

Please wait for 2 months. body needs time to recover. after two months you can start with walk. you just ignore fatty n sugary foods. ....
