hi after my normal delivery I lost weight came to normal but after 5 months to my son I gained my weight . plz suggest to reduce my weight .i am still breast feeding

Hi Siri! You are feeding and looking after baby so please dont reduce food. In many wats breastfeeding is also an exercise. With a good diet and exercise you can get and stay in shape. Check out some of the articles here on the app on both topics. There are many articles. Sharing one <br>

Agree with Asha.. Since baby is now 5 months, you can safely start exercising. Be sure to begin slow so as to ease into the fitness routine... And yes, eat healthy...

hi siri - this happens to many of us! my suggestions based on my own experience - pls start walking or doing any kind of exercise regularly that suits u. also, eat healthy and try to cut down on any cravings for chocolate/mithai! substitute it with a fruit or dry fruits. indulge but don't overindulge. try eating a bowl of salad before ur meal. eat well but eat healthy - avoid deep fried snacks. take care!
