Hi All.... am 12 weeks pregnant... Actually mujhe starting se winter se problem he mera matlab mujhe cough cold laga rehta tha us tym me chyawanprash khati thi to thoda tik reh ti thi... aajkal v mera wohi problem chal raha he cough cold wala.. kya me is tym pe chyawanprash kha sakti hun...
