Then use a stethoscope and sphygmomanometer. Ask someone to learn to record the bp manually. Its not very difficult. One can learn it. Orelse contact somebody, any medical person near u who can take ur reading in the morning.

Annoying thing is BP shows normal when checked in BP device as 76/110 <u>bpm</u>

Keep checking your bp at regular intervals at home with a digital bp monitor. Avoid salty food.
