I am 23 weeks pregnant and am looking for easy breakfast suggestions in the morning. I am very hungry when I wake up but usually have to wait for about 45 minutes till I make the breakfast. By the time I sit down to eat, I have lost my appetite and I feel nauseous. Anyone else had the same problem? Any suggestions as to what I can eat immediately after waking up?

You should take coconut water first thing in the morning. Then you can have milk cornflakes, milk with sandwich, dalia with milk, poha. You can also have fruits which are filling like apple, pear, banana, cheeku etc.

u can keep dates, makhaana, puffed rice, dry fruits, fruits near u. also u can take milk, any juice also
