Hi all. I am 29th week pregnant. I am having what seems to be vericose veins in both the thigh and it seems to be increasing very slowly. Is that a problem to think about?

Always keep your feet elevated as suggested by @629847e308f7c30014119c82 . Whenever you are sitting use a foot stool. Don't stand too much on your feet. Take care.

Keep your legs elevated while sitting. If not hurting... then no need to worry. It will be fine if you take proper rest now and after delivery. Walk but don't stand for long.
