question
Hi all, I am a mom of 5 months old baby.

I am sharing this with you all because I find myself very guilty and I have few family members added so I can't write my name. My BM since delivery was low but I kept giving my child meanwhile I had to give fm too as my child was always hungry post feeding bm and use to cry immensely.

I went through various problems during pregnancy and post delivery too. I won't say my husband doesn't love he loves me alot I know but our circumstances weren't in favour of us our relationship was on a toss. My BM kept on decreasing, now my child doesn't want to suck my breast but still I try. Right side it has dried up already I had terrible mastitis on it 3 big glands very painful. Please help how can I start to feed her again.

First of all donot take stress, just calm n give time to ur baby.Just keep trying feeding ur baby in silent room. The more ,the baby latch, the more milk will come.So just relax n stay happy.Donot think about other things.

Keep feeding, trying feeding in a silent room, dim lighted room. You can walk ,hold the baby and feed. These methods will definitely work, Do not worry about other things now. You have your baby with you, Greatest blessing ever.

Hey dear dont worry, u r doing ur best so no need to feel guilty, just relax and as kavita mentioned follow it. Also if u feel lump in breast do show doctor. Try to offer breast whenever she is hungry before bottle. In morning usually the milk is more, so try. Don't stress about it.
