Hi All,
I am five weeks pregnant. I feel so hungry all the times. I. also having fruits juice , tender coconut, meals every 1 hour. but this hunger feel is making feel tired.. it's like extreme hunger feel. how much ever I eat, within half an hour I feel hungry. how to get rid of this or it will be.loke this during first trimester . please suggest

This is common in some ladies during first trimester. You should have some food that fullfill your craving for longer period. Apart from juices you should intake salads and fruits..that will keep u fullfill for long duration. .

the first few weeks there is an increase in appetite. even I was ravenous. don't go for juices. eat something with carbs n proteins. that will keep u full for longer. juices willgive u sugar high n after an hour the sugar high will crash and u will feel very hungry.

Every pregnancy symptoms are different dear if you feel so much hungry so keep your maintenance your diet eat well in every hour not too much but take it lil bit quantity..... don't take any stress or havey lifting... enjoy your pregnancy period...

Take something more filling each time you eat. Distract yourself from food and do something interesting. Make sure you eat healthy foods. You can have nuts, boiled eggs, sprouts salad, chickpea salad, mashed potatoes with chicken and some greens, etc. Your foods must be rich in calcium, iron and proteins.
