Hi all,

I am in 21st week. mera ab tak 7-8 kg weight gain ho chuka hai. is it normal ya jyada hai? I take protein powder daily with milk. someone told me, daily protein powder lene se weight gain jyada hota hai. is it true? should I take it daily? ya lena band kar du?

kya itna weight gain normal hai?

Hi ruchika.. Mera 20th week me..5kgs gain hua tha to doc ne mujhe control karne kaha tha... So aap fresh fruits khao rathr than any supplements...

Yes stop the protein powder and eat wholesome meal where there is natural protein like chicken, fish, eggs , lentils and vegetables. Don't try to loose weight now just maintain it.

thank you all.<br> maine mere dr se 1 week pahle puchha tha..she said it's ok..but didn't know protein powder se jyada weight gain hota hai..now i will not take protein powder.

its ok..<br> i gained most weight in first and second trimester...kept askn my doc..but she was not worried...however i ensured i ate only healthy food...<br> i gained total 16 kg..<br> 12 kg is ideal...but lil higher than this is also ok...<br> u shud stop protein powder and take it from natural source like pulses ...
