question
Hi, all! I am sharing some tips for #sound sleeping during pregnancy which I have tried myself when I was struggling to get good night sleep in my 8th month of pregnancy

1. DO SOME STRECHING

Strech your legs while you are about to sleep. You can do it sitting on your bed also. Strech your toes back and forth, clockwise and anticlockwise. DO remember to count the number of streches. I ll recommend doing one type of strech atleast 20 times. The aim should be that you should feel like you've done a light workout.

Similarly we can strech are arms, shoulders, wrists and neck etc.
2. MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE

If still you aren't feeling like sleepy you can take about 3 to 4 pillows and put them behind you so that you can lay back on them in an erected posture. It should support your back and neck. Also roll some towels or any fabric and put it under your knees. In this posture you can rest for about half an hour and afterwards you might feel sleepy and get to sleep fast.
4. STAY AWAY FROM ELECTRONICS

At the time of sleeping don't use mobile phones, TV or laptop etc. They aren't good eitherwise. They make you more awaken or your brain more alert which isn't ideal for getting a sleep.
5. USE YOUR PILLOWS

When you lay down use your pillows between your knees and you can also use a wedge pillow under your belly to support it and a pillow to hug if you feel like.
After streching and doing all these things you will feel as if you've done some workout which will make you sleep.

I wish it would help you also as it did to me. #HappySleeping 😊
