I had c section on 4-feb. I had little brownish discharge till morning and now I have bit heavy flow which is bright red in color. My baby is exclusively on breastfeeding. Is it possible that I have got periods? Coz I have bright red flow and pain like periods.

It is possible that periods start early even if baby is exclusively breast feeding. Another thing that can happen is if you over exert then your bleeding can become heavier. You may want to take it easy and rest.
