i have an doubt...for me c-section.delivery...i have a six mnth old baby...which mnth shoud start our workouts or whn ll go for fitness center to reduce our weight..nn

hi anon u can start exercising now. pls start walking daily 30 mins at least. if u are a yoga person join a yoga class or do at home. then gradually move to more intense exercise - whateve u are comfy with - at the gym or at home. <u>tc</u>
