Hi all

I have two and a half month's baby and I had normal delivery bcos of few family adjustments couldn't tie saree to my tummy after the delivery

I feel little tummy is still der wen iam in dresses

Can anyone please suggest me how to reduce this left out tummy to get back into flat stomach

Please all share tips whichever you know I can try one by one

U can start exercise after 3months ,and eat nutritious food &drink more water
