Hi all, I have undergone c section and completed 5 weeks. I am struggling to get In and Up from bed. also struggling to turn left or right side to sleep feeling comfortable only at my back. is this normal please suggest

By five weeks post surgery you should be feeling almost normal. Do discuss the same with your doctor.
