I hv vrymuch milk supply in one breast which baby cannot empty whole day ..due to that there is always heaviness in that breast also pain. What can i do to reduce milk supply in one breast ? However otherone is normal. I hv 8 months old baby

You can try to express the milk over the sink . . Press warm cloth on your breast . . A hot compress also helps
