It is best to get checked by the doctor as spotting at two months could be a bleed from the placenta. It can also be a cervical abrasion in which case it is not alarming.

I had the same issue but it was more often. Had to be hospitalised for almost a month as the placenta had loose contact. I would recommend you to visit your gynac.

a little spotting maybe implantation bleeding which is normal in pregnancy. Please be positive and eat healthy. However, if you have bleeding or spotting time and again, ease visit your doctor
