Hi all , I'm 17 weeks pregnant. Sometime I feel muscle pain in my right hand or left hand. It starts gradually then goes wider and painfull. After using 2-3 Iodex it becomes better. Why this pain for? Can anybody help me

Yes I'm having enough water. Also I have low lying placenta so on bed rest can't do yoga or walk as per Dr suggestions

Hope you are drinking enough water. Do little yoga .. ask your doctor once about this and also before you proceed to yoga.
