No need and not advisable also. BM itself will be in liquid form... Any extra thing you give will be pressure on kidneys. start only after 6 months.

my doc advised me to giv warm water evyday . 40 ml ..<br> m givin it .. havnt fond any negativity instead my 2 month old baby is active n drinks it... water makes baby pass urine n motion easily...
