Dr. Payal M. no, intially i had put on deviry tab for 2cycles, dec 28 2016 was my last period,till now i dint get it. 8 mar 2017 i did scan, report shows i have cysts &amp; doc said eggs r not getting released.&nbsp; suggested me to visit a gynaec. so i dont know wat does she prescribes me. my intention is to regulate my prds &amp; conceive normally. i have no idea abt how does those cysts go naturally. wat r the things i have to do<br>

your symptoms- menstrual cycle timings etc and hormonal blood tests are also important to diagnose you as having pcod. pcod doesnt mean infertility always. a complete holistic approach is required, as many have explained above. can u talk to your gynec or another <u>doc</u> abt the suggestions given in the above posts. have you done follicular monitoring or taken any medicines for follicular growth.

have a healthy lifestyle...excersice or yoga...u can get pregnant if u have pcod also..but make a healthy body...!!

hi, even I have PCOD ..similar height &amp; weight as you..you are not overweight. for PCOD&nbsp; ..lifestyle &amp; diet changes make a diff but you have to be consistent &amp; patient to see the results.. I switched to organic desi cows milk , joined yoga, ate more fresh home cooked meals, reduced eating out &amp; junk food..is your gynaec recommending IVF treatment or a fertility specialist who will assess the situation &amp; put you on ovulation meds? .I had to take help of fertility specialist to study the follicles because of irregular periods. my uterus lining was thin so I took injections for that &amp; conceived. no IvF.
