hi all lovely moms..pls help me out in one thing.i need to join my branch on this coming Monday..it seems I gained extra pounds after my Cesarean delivery..how should I reduce those extra pounds. as I feel tgat my stamina goes down... from Monday i have to travel 250 km daily by train

Eat healthy and include some walking as well. But don't be in a hurry as you are starting a stressful work situation and you are bound to get tired. You could slowly build the wall in your routine.
