hi all my baby is 11 months old. till now she s in breast feed only . hereafter what milk I gave to start for her either fresh milk or nan pro lactogen like something. plz advice..

yes after 1 year you can start normal fresh milk or if u prefer a fortified formula. the advantage of formula is that the nutrition is doctored according to kids age.

but I m in muscat here we don't get cows milk so shall I give her fresh milk instead..

You can start cows milk after the baby turns one year of age. First start with diluted milk and one feed and if it suits the baby then you can switch to full milk and all feeds.
