my baby is not passing stool from last 2 days.He is on both breast feed and formula milk.he is peeing 6 to 7 time in a day.if intake of formula milk is there, then passing stool is mandatory every day?? kindly suggest

If the baby is active and healthy then poo is not an issue... as u said pee count is normal... usually babies have irregular poo.. it may be 6-7times a day or once in 4-7days also... So until baby is active no need to worry... just feed regularly...<br>

is this the same for formula feed also?? bcoz per day he is taking 200 ml of top feed??

hi nithya.. its absoultely normal for babies to not pass stool even for a week. its not mandotory to pass stool daily. main imp is pee count which is normal as u hv mentioned and no issues if baby is active
