Hi all my child is 2 years old
. He's a boy. But he is not able to speak when we try to make him speak say words she does not show any interest. I'm very much worried. Some times he says few words but not always. I'm really very much worried can anyone suggest me what can i do please.

What please can u tell me what could be the reason for speech delay. <br>
Because I'm a working women from morning to evng there will be a care taker who takes care of my son because of not interacting with him much does this issue raises.

Watching tv during eating is actually a distraction. Baby won't be able to create a good relationship with food. <br>
Well, he's already two. I would suggest you to take him to the speech therapist once... At this age babies start speaking 2-3 words at one go. And if he is not able to you should check once with the therapist.

Yes he watches TV and mobile only while eating but not the rest of time. Is there any problem while watching mobile while eating

Hi Priyanka does he watch TV and Mobile? If yes stop both right away , keep speaking with him ,ask lot of questions, take him to park and play area where he can see older kids speaking. Don't worry he will speak.
