This is my anomaly scan reports. Can doctors and mommies in the group check if things look fine?

Also, is all the measurements, like growth and heart rate, normal? Also, there is a line in capital. Please check and reply...m woried.

P.S:: Showed my reports to the doc and she asked me to repeat the scan after 4weeks and also a fetal echo..
