Hi all, Urgent help needed..  my baby is 3 weeks today.. since 4 days has been demanding feed every 1 hour.. and every time I feed he behaves like he has starved all day.. extremely cranky n fussy all day.. does not sleep well in the day just short naps of 30- 40mins.. He did this for 2 days and then slept well on 3rd day.. 4th day he followed same feeding every hour routine.. Today is 5th day of this routine.. can yourl pls help and suggest why he is behaving like this.. I am extremely exhausted and don't know if something is bothering him. Should I show his doctor? Pls help

think dis is growth spurt, my lil one was same used have slpy days followed by cluster feeding days..try n catch up on Ur slp with Ur baby on the slpy days

Babies do go thru growth spurts and then follow such patterns. Feed often and keep track of the number of times the baby passes urine. If it is more than seven you can continue. Another thing that can trouble a child this age is colic and this needs to be discussed with the doctor if it continues so that medications can be prescribed.

i think ur baby is not getting proper feed. are u taking a proper diet for urself bcoz if u eat good baby will get good feed.

Hi Sanha. i had also faced the same. The routine does change at this stage and baby demanded very frequently. My night sleep was ruined. Just ensure you keep feeding and wat healthy. Please check out the articles on breastfeeding and how to increase supply. i also took satavarex powder.
