question
Hi all you moms. I am planning to make sarso ka saag and makai roti today for dinner. Is it safe to consume since winters have set in? Also, will sarso create any problem? Please do reply!

@6372dce4d28b060015d965bd
Saag is a mix of selected leafy veggies....like mustard leaves ( sarso), spinach, radish leaves, bathua ( some people add other leafy veggies as well) boil them with ginger, chillies and blend them...
Later add makki ka atta and finally give tadka...
Best served with makki ki roti
