Hi all!!!as I finished my first trimester i asked my gynae if i can join work back(being a sitting job)she allowed me to start with few hours and then continue only if my body allows..today was my first day after 3 months..i did feel energetic but the only problem i faced is while sitting on the chair..a little back ache started and I don’t know if sitting with crossed legs(like we usually do) is fine or not?my colleague told me to keep my feet on the ground but i cannot sit for longer hours like this..please suggest working to be mommies how to cope up with the problem and what extra precautions should i take while in office...

Also get up and take a stroll every hour that's v Important. <br> Make sure ur calcium and iron supplements are on.
