hi all..i am 4th month pregnent.actually daily i will wake up at 10 am and im having fruits ,dryfruits as breakfast and than at 12 to 1 im having my lunch than evg 4 to 5 i m having snacks or fruits then 8 pm dinner.is this ok ? or i should change my eating style timings in pregnency.should i eat more ?

Hi Asha! Firstly, congratulations on being a mom (yes, you are already) !! About your query, your timings look good, but your meal composition is a concern. I would highly recommend you to have a wholesome breakfast so that your start of the day is healthy and you stay energetic all day- have a mix of carbs and protein- like egg roll or paratha with curd. Have fruits and nuts in between your meals. Lunch can be your regular dal, rice,veg, chapattis and some salad. Make sure to have good amount of water and stay hydrated! Good luck!

just one suggestion dont eat fruits after 6pm. I had heartburn due to this, changed my fruit timing n vola got better.. rest I agree with Roopashree. If possible try to have coconut water 1 daily in the morning.
