hi all...I have 2.5 month old baby.He is passing poo only once in 24 hrs and that too watery.can you please suggest what could be possible reasons for this and any remedy.
Dear Hashmeet,is your baby exclusively breastfed? See,what goes inside,comes out,baby is only drinking milk,so watery poop will only come out,thats normal. Once in 7 days poop is also normal for this small babies. Relax!

Exclusively breastfeed babies poop anytime and sometimes don't poop at all for 1-2 days..
