Hi all..I have to attend my brother's wedding in May and i still look 7 months preggo..i m walking everyday for 20min and having a healthy diet..any other suggestions pls

Sujata your baby is one month old and it takes time for the uterus to shrink as well as the abdomen to go back to its original shape and size. If energy levels permit increase the duration of the walks. Sustained cardio activity for longer than 45 minutes will aid in fat burn. Additionally some toning exercises will also help.
