My baby is actively playing but from two days his stomach is looking big that he ate aaa lot but in really he didn't ate that much he take only little of food why this happen to him I am not undestanding ...Please tell me what's the problem so that I can help my child

Hi usually kids tummy will be like that, if you think its gas then give ajwain boiled water.

Not an issue.. just check if the baby is gassy.. give lots of water and juices..<br>
Hope you are giving all healthy food.. avoid too much of cheese n ghee.

Need not worry if child is active, and if stomach is soft, it's just look like that to us.. give more water as it is summer..
