Have a lot of fluids like coconut water, lemon water, lassi, chaach, juices, milk, soups, etc. You can also have dry fruits, salads, fruits. Add a lot of green veggies in your diet. Also take foods rich in proteins like soya milk, boiled eggs, meat, paneer, etc.
