Hi dear....thnks for care n concern actually as of now m on bed rest due to short cervice length n chances for premature delivery...also facing constipation n vomating issues...pls suggest if anything can b helpful for me..
Hi Pooja, I'm in a similar situation. Bedrest due to short cervix. I insert 2 dulcoflex suppositories every 2-3 days. Check with your doctor if you can use that.

Hi again jst wanted to know diet plan or food that I can take care to avoid these problems...actly prblm is I dont feel to eat nythng n which makes me feel vomat due to empty stomach..pls suggest me constipation as well

Start medicines for constipation- stool softeners and also for vomitting.. these two are much dangerous if there is cervicle shortening..
