my c-sec delivery performed in April 2021. now my baby is 15 month old but I still have a huge belly. how can I fix it? I spoke to some elders of mine and they said it will remain like this only now. plz help me to get a flat stomach earliest. if possible because I am not feeling motivated for anything because of this now and getting depressed everyday. 😞

What is goo exercise?

This could be fixed with goo exercise and get some mee time. COntrol your diet and it will work wonders on your body
